The New Jersey Council of Deliberation has found a unique way to present the 23°. The "Knight of Valor" or "Four Chaplains" degree will be done on the fantail of the Battleship New Jersey. According to Bro. Moises I. Gomez it is "being performed on Sat. May 15 - Armed Forces Day - in honor of all veterans." Those attending will receive a commemorative stamp in their Scottish Rite passports.
